VP of Consulting Services
is the VP of Consulting Services for IdeaCrew. With 20-plus years’ experience in health system and government agency management, Patrick brings to the position executive level experience in healthcare and an outstanding track record in health facility turnaround and financial, regulatory and treatment reform. He has previously served in a similar role for IdeaCrew’s business with both the DC Exchange and Massachusetts Health Connector.

Angus has extensive experience in leading massive and complex projects with tight deadlines. He has deep understanding on important technical aspects involved on large IT projects, from initial strategic planning to going live. Specifically, with IdeaCrew, Angus was paramount in re- architecting the
system while the previous system was still operating. He was responsible forthe complete conversion of existing data in into the new model, as well as taking in new data simultaneously.

Saadi is highly experienced in project management, systems analysis and software engineering with a background in managing cross-functional and geographically diverse teams while providing technical leadership, project management oversight, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Saadi possesses in-depth knowledge of the healthcare insurance, delivery and management processes and associated workflows, governing federal regulations, and associated application of Health IT including benefits management, insurance eligibility and claims processing.

Carolyn joined IdeaCrew in 2018 and is responsible for the day to day accounting and finance operations of the company. Carolyn is a seasoned accounting professional with over 19 years of experience, the majority of which was spent in public accounting and focused on auditing, accounting and taxes for small to medium sized businesses. She has been licensed as an active Certified Public Accountant since 2003.
